Calton Hill, Edinburgh (1985-86)

Working with a local housing association, CCT converted their derelict building on Calton Hill and agreed a design brief for a new building adjacent to the site.

The project was one of the first in Scotland to involve a housing association directly with the work of a BPT in a productive and mutually beneficial way. It created four apartments and was listed when opened by the Secretary of State for Scotland.
