The Granary, Quayside Mills, Leith (1998-2000)

Adjacent to St Ninian's Manse, the former Granary is also Category A listed. The project to restore the Granary ran concurrently with the Manse but with a separate professional team.

The contract was in excess of £1.5m and was undertaken in two phases. CCT converted the three upper floors into 19 apartments which were sold and the ground floor into offices for the former mill owner.
