St Ninian's Manse, Quayside Mills, Leith (1998-2000)
The 'A' listed Manse had been of concern to the Trust and the City Council for many years. The building was surrounded by later developments, some with their own merit.
The project sought to open up the Manse and restore the fabric, creating office accommodation. The contract value was £500,000.
The funders included Historic Scotland, Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh & Lothian, the local authority and The Architectural Heritage Fund. CCT retains the property, which is now let to Simpson & Brown Architects.
